Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Attention all customers of beddy.pk, we wish to inform you that as per the Cash on Delivery (COD) terms and conditions, packages must remain unopened until payment is completed. Once payment is made, you, our esteemed customer, reserve the right to return the package within 7 days of delivery acknowledgement to the courier company.

Should you choose to initiate a return within this 7-day window, please notify us after payment to the courier. Upon notification, you will be required to send back the package at your own expense for either a refund or exchange.

We kindly request that you refrain from pressuring the delivery personnel to open the package before payment, as this is against COD regulations in Pakistan.
